Transactions
Transactions of NFTs on the marketplace are governed by the Smart Contract and Blockchain technology underlying the NFT. NFTitans is not a party to any transaction of NFTs and is not responsible for any issues related to the transfer, ownership, or authenticity of any NFT.
Fees
NFTitans may charge transaction fees for the purchase, sale, or transfer of NFTs on the Service. All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
